Your Responsibilities
Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Document children’s learning and developmental progress
Build positive relationships with families
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high-quality educational environment
Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification preferred
Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
Ability to successfully complete required background checks
Compensation
$20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and EEC certification.
