About the Role:

Elite Service Solutions is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Pinellas Park, FL. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activity
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
Develop, monitor, and maintain departmental, operational, and project-specific budgets.
Work closely with Operations Management to establish and maintain appropriate job budgets.
Identify contracts or projects operating below targeted profit margins and recommend corrective action.
Evaluate pricing structures and assist management in determining profitable service rates.
Analyze actual expenses against projected budgets and investigate significant variances.

Implement cost-control procedures without compromising service quality.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and financial reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper classification.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external accountants, tax professionals, and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
3+ years of experience in a finance management or senior accounting role
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Service Fusion, ADP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
