Supply Chain Co-Op

As a Supply Chain Co-op at Bell, you can expect to be responsible for a variety of different projects and day-to-day tasks that occur within the department.
What you鈥檒l be doing as a Supply Chain Co-Op
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Execute standard purchasing procedures for an assigned commodity to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage purchase orders, adhere to competitive pricing, and conduct inventory analysis.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete tasks as needed to satisfy management directives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to facilitate cost reduction initiatives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enhance the overall affordability and quality of aircraft through strategic purchasing efforts.
Skills you bring to this Role
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent interpersonal skills that can be used when communicating with coworkers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Recognize the importance of quality products and outstanding customer service, both direct and indirect.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written and oral communications skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work effectively within a team
Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
What you need to be successful
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Actively pursuing a Bachelor鈥檚 degree or higher with a major in Supply Chain Management, Integrated Operations, Finance, Business or similar required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the Co-Op.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3.0 GPA preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Regular use of computer systems, including keyboard, mouse, and job-related software (ERP, spreadsheets, purchasing tools).
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing desk-based tasks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Visual focus and attention to detail for reviewing purchase orders, inventory data, and supplier information.
- Standard office environment with occasional exposure to shop floor conditions
