This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who builds, directs, and operates AI rather than merely supervising people who do. The successful candidate will be measured on the work their AI systems complete - not on credentials, pedigree, or years served.Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, the Director of Platform & Agent Operations leads the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the platforms and autonomous agents that perform real work across eQuip - from engineering and delivery to customer support and internal operations. You will spend your days directing AI to do work, diagnosing and fixing AI processes when they drift or fail, and engineering systems in which AI agents complete multi-step work with little or no human input.
