Job DetailsJob Location: Headquarters - Pittsburgh, PA 15238Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality People & Culture services that support CORE's employees, leaders, and organizational objectives. This position administers a variety of human resources programs, including employee records, leave administration, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR systems while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. The Generalist exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational effectiveness. This position works collaboratively with the People & Culture team and organizational leaders to provide responsive, consistent, and solutions-oriented support. QualificationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible HR experience. Two (2) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Experience administering employee leave and benefit programs. Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
