Senior Specialist, Enterprise CRM Product Owner

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Enterprise CRM Product Owner to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Job Summary 

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Enterprise CRM (ECRM) product team at BNY. This role plays a key part in the evolution of a global enterprise platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and technology teams to deliver solutions that enhance client and employee experiences. The Senior Specialist will contribute across the product lifecycle, including requirements discovery, backlog management, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and continuous platform improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a passion for technology and is capable of independently driving initiatives from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. 

In this role, you will: 

• Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, and technology teams to define and deliver enhancements that drive business value  
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and user story development for enterprise platform initiatives  
• Manage and refine product backlogs, supporting prioritization, release planning, and Agile delivery activities  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are successfully designed, tested, and implemented  
• Analyze user feedback and platform usage trends to identify opportunities to improve user experience and adoption  
• Serve as a trusted partner in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions 

To be successful in this role, we are seeking: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline  
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software platforms, digital products, CRM systems, or technology-enabled business processes  
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, managing priorities, and partnering with technical teams to deliver business solutions  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills  
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and iterative delivery  
• Experience with CRM platforms, product management practices, or business process transformation preferred

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
