We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Payroll Administrations to join our Payroll team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Assist with end‑to‑end regional payroll tax processes, including weekly/quarterly filings, post‑pay‑run reconciliations, and year‑end tax payments/benefit statements to ensure full compliance with regional laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact for complex payroll tax inquiries, resolving escalations from managers and employees.
  • Assist with implementation of  tax law and regulatory changes into payroll systems across applicable countries, adapting to processes.
  • Strengthen financial controls by addressing control and cash management issues, reconciling benefits, equity, and tax payroll fees to agency payments, and preparing complex tax and accounting records/reports for management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll tax with a background in Payroll Administration and/or Accounting; proven expertise operating under highly complex regional tax regulations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in high‑volume tax statement review, balance sheet accounting, and cash reconciliation, with a track record of accurate, timely filings and audit‑ready documentation
  • Experience analyzing tax processes, with the ability to recommend process improvements and ensure ongoing compliance across jurisdictions.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
