Service Lane Greeter – Join Our Automotive Team!
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Service Lane Greeter to be the welcoming face of our dealership’s service department and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive in the service lane
• Guide customers through the check-in process and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
• Assist service advisors with moving and staging vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for service and customer delivery
• Keep the service lot clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized service drive area
• Support the service team with additional duties as assigned
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer basic inquiries
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow

Pay:

• Starting pay between $16 - $18 per hour
