Responsibilities 

·       Assist with AASHE STARS data collection, verification, and documentation across academics, operations, engagement, and planning & administration 

·       Gather and organize qualitative and quantitative data from campus partners (e.g., facilities, dining, academics, student life) 

·       Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and evidence files to support sustainability reporting and audits 

·       Support periodic updates to sustainability dashboards, summaries, or internal reports 

·       Participate in sustainability-related meetings, site walks, or data review sessions at all Chatham campus locations 

10 hours per week

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
