The Office of Student Engagement and Leadership seeks a self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual for the Student Engagement Programming and Event Assistant position(s). The SEPEA will serve as part of the leadership team under the supervision of the Director of Student Engagement and the GA for Student Engagement. These position(s) will be responsible for :

Student Organization Event Management 

-Assisting with student organization training, event reservation processes, and working with other event management groups on campus( ex. Facilities, IT, etc.)

-Applicants must be available for office hours, some weekends, and late-night events.

*Valid driver's license preferred and willingness to be van certified. (if of age)

The position would start May 1st. 

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
