PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead comprehensive financial analysis and reporting by leveraging expertise in financial planning to support strategic business decisions. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to guide business planning and performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations, fostering a culture of informed decision-making. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards by maintaining robust financial controls and processes. Support senior leadership in strategic planning initiatives by delivering accurate and timely financial information and analysis. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. EXPERIENCE: Typically 6-8 years of experience. SKILLS: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools."

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
