Temporary Maintenance Technicians Needed (Pittsburgh or Greensburg)

Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a few qualified technicians for a TEMPORARY position performing apartment and townhome maintenance. We are looking for temp help in Greensburg, North Versailles, and the South Hills. These positions will last approximately 1 month to 3 months. 

Pay and Benefits

• $19-24/hour, paid weekly
• Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid Time Off
•  PPE supplied

Responsibilities

• Grounds upkeep and common area maintenance (may occasionally involve cleaning)
• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal, reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
