We are seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with strong circulating and scrubbing skills to support a busy surgical environment. Candidates must be comfortable working five 8-hour afternoon shifts each week.
Pay
Traveler RN: $71/hour (Â $37/hour W-2 taxable + $34/hour non-taxable stipend)
Traveler Eligibility Requirements: To promote a diverse applicant pool, we seek travel candidates who reside **beyond a 50-mile radius** of the facility location. Qualified individuals who meet this criterion are encouraged to submit their applications.

Shift: Afternoons | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts/week | 40 Hours Guaranteed

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe perioperative nursing care as both Circulator and Scrub RN.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field and surgical environment.
- Assist surgical teams throughout procedures while prioritizing patient safety.
- Complete accurate documentation and follow OR policies and safety standards.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical techs, and nursing staff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent OR RN experience – Required
- Circulating & Scrub experience – Required
- Massachusetts RN License – Required
- BLS & ACLS – Required
- CNOR – Preferred
- Meditech Expanse experience – Highly Preferred
- Current OR Circulate & Scrub skills checklists – Required
- Supervisory reference from the past 2 years – Required
- Reliable personal vehicle required

Important Scheduling Requirements
- Five 8-hour shifts are required.
- 10- or 12-hour shifts are NOT available.
