  Front Desk Manager / Assistant General Manager

 Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Placentia/Fullerton, Placentia, CA
 Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Residence Inn Anaheim Placentia/Fullerton is looking for an experienced, guest-focused leader to manage our front desk operations and support our General Manager in the hotel’s day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, train and coach front desk associates
• Oversee check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest requests
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction scores
• Support Marriott Bonvoy recognition and Marriott brand standards
• Handle shift reports and daily audits
• Assist the General Manager with hotel operations and act as manager on duty when needed

Requirements

• Residence Inn by Marriott experience required
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel setting
• Full availability, including weekends, holidays, and morning, evening shifts and night audit.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Experience with Marriott systems (e.g. FSPMS/Opera, GXP) required
