Are you a compassionate and dependable LVN looking for a part-time evening shift opportunity in a resident-centered care environment? The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a Part-Time PM Shift LVN to join our dedicated nursing team!

This role is ideal for an LVN who enjoys working evening hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents through quality nursing care, teamwork, and compassion.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Part-Time PM Shift LVN, you will:

• Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care during PM shifts
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Complete required charting and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Respond quickly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and wellbeing
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care

Whether assisting with evening routines, medication passes, family communication, or clinical support, you play an essential role in creating a positive and caring experience for our residents every shift.

Schedule

• Part-Time Position
• PM/Evening Shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling available

What You Bring

• Active California LVN license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
