From initial design concepts through aircraft integration and operation, our company provides the highest quality full-lifecycle support to our customers.  


Cox & Company, Inc. is looking for an outgoing individual who will specialize in the manufacturing precision of using composite material in the Autoclave Area.

Requirements

  • Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for fabrication and curing composite parts.
  • Clean and smooth molds, cores, and core boxes, and repair surface imperfections.
  • Assemble cores into lower sections of molds, to create mold assembly per work instructions.
  • Clean and maintain work area to ensure safe and efficient work environment.
  • De-molding cured parts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Document materials utilized in creating parts for traceability purposes.
  • Work to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Using scanner for time/attendance/work traveler.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  

  • General knowledge of practices and procedures used to fabricate composite parts or similar is preferred.
  • Ability to read and correctly interpret instructions in English is a must.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments.
  • Ability to lift rolls of material.
  • Ability to use a computer 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
