Join our team as a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, where you will run and maintain a variety of production equipment—including CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss lathes. We are looking for a detail-oriented operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and keeping a clean, efficient workspace. Â
What You’ll Do
- Machine Operation:Â Set up, start, and run manual and CNC equipment (mills, lathes, etc.).
- Quality Control:Â Measure parts using precision tools to ensure they meet exact specs.
- Daily Maintenance:Â Perform routine upkeep like changing filters, greasing slides, and managing coolant.
- Safety & Efficiency:Â Maintain production logs, meet quantity targets, and follow OSHA safety standards.
Requirements
What You Need
- Technical Skills:Â Ability to read engineering designs and use basic shop math.
- Experience:Â 1+ years of machine shop experience preferred (on-the-job training available).
- Physical Stamina:Â Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Mindset:Â A team-oriented problem solver who follows directions well.
