Yourrole involves:

• Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
• Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis. 
  Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

• CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
• CPR certification
• ACLSwithin1yearofhire
• CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon’thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtainit!)
• 6monthsdialysisnursingexperiencerequired.
• 1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsettingpreferred.
