Salary + Bonus Potential: $75,000-$100,000 plus within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

  • Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
  • Professional Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
  • Patient Education & Community Involvement: Demonstrate a passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and actively engage in community outreach.

Minimum Qualifications           

  • Licensure: Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas, OR
  • Educational Requirements: AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications           

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments.
  • Sales History: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
