Job Description
Intuitive Health is seeking a motivated, adaptable team player to join our operations team. This role offers the opportunity to grow within an innovative, multi-site healthcare managed services organization by leading operational implementation efforts for new market launches, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and serving as interim in-market Program Director as needed.
Key Responsibilities
New Market Implementation:
•   Serve as the operational lead for new market launchesÂ
•   Coordinate with health system partners on clinical recruitment, onboarding, and trainingÂ
•   In partnership with the project management team, facilitate key operational decisions with health system partnersÂ
•   Serve as the onsite Intuitive Health lead, directing and coordinating pre-opening activitiesÂ
•   Contribute to the development and standardization of clinical and operational policies, procedures, and best practices across the Intuitive Health portfolioÂ
•   Implement EMR best practices to optimize clinical workflowÂ
•   Lead operational readiness across ED support functions including lab, radiology, pharmacy, materials management, and EVSÂ
•   Serve as a cultural champion, reinforcing Intuitive Health values and operational standards across assigned facilitiesÂ
•   Participate in the selection and hiring process for Program Directors, Clinical Managers, and Patient Access leadershipÂ
Interim Program Director Responsibilities:
•   Serve as interim Program Director for satellite Emergency Room and Urgent Care Hospital Outpatient Department facilities, as neededÂ
•   Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned facility(s)Â
•   Ensure integration of operations with all applicable hospital departments (e.g., Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory)Â
•   Coordinate provider activities in partnership with the Medical DirectorÂ
•   Ensure operational procedures are consistently maintainedÂ
•   Provide leadership to sustain a patient-centered, customer service-driven cultureÂ
•   Maintain facility performance metrics in alignment with established benchmarksÂ
•   Partner with the health system on recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure appropriate staffing and readinessÂ
•   Lead and support facility leadership staffÂ
•   Participate in regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and survey preparedness activitiesÂ
•   Support local marketing initiativesÂ
•   Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsÂ
•   Strengthen partner relationships through coaching of Clinical Managers and administrative staff while maintaining strong engagement with hospital leadershipÂ
•   Participate in the budget development process with the Regional Vice President and Joint Operating CommitteeÂ
•   Oversee patient experience, including measurement, tracking, and reporting of satisfaction metricsÂ
•   Drive center-level volume growth and overall facility performanceÂ
•   Lead the interview and onboarding process for new leadership staffÂ
Performance Optimization:
•   Support performance improvement initiatives through operational assessments and Deep Dive engagementsÂ
•   Identify performance gaps and partner with facility and health system leaders to implement sustainable solutionsÂ
•   Drive alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to improve outcomesÂ

Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required
Â
Experience
· Minimum of 7 years of experience within the healthcare sector
· Minimum of 3 years of multi-disciplinary management experience
· Experience in multi-site environments preferred
· Clinical experience in an emergency department preferred
· Experience in joint venture or partner-managed environments preferred
