Position Summary

The Regional Manager oversees the operations, performance, and profitability of our Dallas/Plano portfolio of four apartment communities. This position provides leadership to on-site teams, drives financial performance, and ensures consistent operational excellence across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site teams
Oversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue goals
Analyze property performance and reports to identify opportunities and drive results
Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure operational and policy compliance
Develop and support effective marketing, leasing, and rent optimization strategies
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
Partner with corporate leadership and serve as a key liaison between the corporate office and on-site teams
Provide guidance and support to Property Managers and site teams to achieve company goals

Qualifications

5+ years of property management leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong leadership, financial, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
Ability to travel between assigned properties as needed
