  • The salary for this position is not explicitly stated, but it is expected that candidates will have relevant certifications and experience in fast-moving product organizations.

As Program Manager on the Value Management Office (VMO) team, you keep Alianza's New Product Introduction (NPI) process running and improving. You own the mechanics that let leadership see, at a glance, where every active initiative stands — and you make sure the process itself gets better every quarter, not just the reporting on top of it.

This is an individual contributor role focused on execution: building and maintaining the tools, templates, and cadences that the VMO uses to govern NPI, tracking adoption of products already in market, and coordinating across departments so initiatives don't stall. You partner closely with the Sr. Director, VMO and the broader Product organization, but you're expected to drive your own workstreams day to day.

Own NPI Process Governance

  • Administer the NPI intake process end-to-end — routing requests, applying the right NPI process type, and keeping the process adhering togate structure and moving on schedule.
  • Maintain and evolve the cross-functional deliverable templates and documentation so they stay accurate as the process changes.
  • Flag where a process step or handoff is creating friction and bring a proposed fix rather than just the problem.

Track Initiatives & Enable Decisions

  • Own the NPI Deliverables Tracker as the single source of truth for status, owners, risks, and department engagement across active initiatives.
  • Produce the recurring executive readout (weekly/periodic) for Director, VP, and SVP audiences — clear, decision-ready, and flagged appropriately when something is off track.
  • Run the operating cadence for initiative check-ins, chasing open items so they don't quietly go stale.

Product Adoption & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking product adoption and usage (e.g., feature/license adoption, usage trend metrics) for leadership visibility.
  • Pull and validate data from Jira and other internal systems to keep planning and readiness views current and trustworthy.
  • Turn raw usage and delivery data into a clear narrative leadership can act on — not just a chart.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and ~20+ partner departments to keep deliverables and dependencies aligned to the NPI timeline.
  • Represent VMO in working sessions with initiative owners, translating between technical teams and business stakeholders as needed.
  • Escalate blockers and unresolved dependencies to the Sr. Director, VMO with a recommendation, not just a status update.

Required Experience

  • 5-7years of experience in program/project management, PMO, or a related operations role — cross-functional coordination experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of program management fundamentals: status tracking, risk/issue logs, milestone management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Comfort building and maintaining tracking tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or similar); direct experience is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator, able to tailor a message for both working teams and executive audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed — able to keep a tracker or process moving without needing to be told.
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing) is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud communications, telephony or a similarly fast-moving product organization is a plus.
