Position Responsibilities

  • Take on fast-moving projects and business challenges, using data and critical thinking to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions.

  • Partner with teams across Uline — from Sales and Customer Service to IT and Distribution Operations — to gain whole business knowledge and support strategic initiatives.

  • Turn complex information into clear reports, presentations and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions.

  • Take ownership of your work from start to finish, with the freedom to explore new ideas and make a measurable impact.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience solving business challenges through internships, coursework or professional experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn.

  • Familiarity working with data and Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL and Power BI a plus.
