What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water supply lines, drain lines, and related equipment
Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations
Recommend plumbing upgrades, water heaters, water treatment systems, and other solutions that improve efficiency and reliability
Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and plumbing codes

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable codes
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
