Associate Head - MFE Assembly FD – Unit 2

·         Subject Matter Experts on theNext Gen Assembly Process and related facility planning.

·         Required Expertise in AssemblyTools selection (Impact, Pulse, Shut off, System wrenches) Manual, Electrical, cordless,Nut runners and related integration with MES

·         Hands on Experience on AssemblyLine side part handling like Manipulators, Air Balancer, X-Y rails systems, Zibcranes etc.

·         Assembly line covers systemsand related subject knowledge

·         Proficient in Experience on SPMdesign and developments.

·         Required Expertise inElectrical Control Systems related to Software and Hardware.

·         Skilled in implementation ofEOL testing facilities and MES systems in assembly line.

·         Control System Design &Schematics: Design electrical schematics, controlpanel layouts, single-line diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) using softwarelike AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN. Select sensors, relays, variable frequencydrives (VFDs), and safety components.

·         PLC & HMI Programming: Write, test, and optimize PLC logic using languages (Ladder Logic,Structured Text, Function Block Diagrams) on major platforms such asAllen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, or Mitsubishi. DevelopHuman-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA graphics.

·         System Integration &Industrial Networking: Configure industrialcommunications protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, Device Net) tointegrate PLCs with robots, VFDs, instrumentation, and plant-wide MES systems.

·         Commissioning & Testing: Perform Debug code, wire check panels, and fine-tune connectivityloops during equipment startup.
