Position Overview
Easton Select Group is looking for dependable and hardworking Seasonal Fall Helpers to assist our pool service teams during the busy pool closing season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal work, outdoor work, or hands-on experience in the pool and construction industry.
No pool experience is required. We will train the right candidates.
What You'll Do
- Assist pool technicians with swimming pool closings
- Help remove and install winter pool covers
- Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with draining and winterizing pool equipment
- Load and unload service vehicles
- Clean and maintain work areas and customer properties
- Support warehouse and yard operations when needed
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Team-oriented and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
