The programĀ typicallyĀ takes place over the course of 10-weeks,Ā butĀ isĀ flexible to adjust as necessary based on businessĀ need.Ā InternsĀ will gain anĀ in-depth view ofĀ how theĀ world’s largestĀ brewerĀ manages its supply chain fromĀ theĀ barley fieldsĀ toĀ local bars.Ā TheyĀ will haveĀ theĀ chance toĀ own a projectĀ that deliversĀ real businessĀ resultsĀ in one of ourĀ Sales & Distribution CentersĀ or Brewery Warehouses.Ā

The Supply Chain Internship is the first step to joining our full-time Supply Chain TraineeĀ ProgramĀ after graduation. The full-time program willĀ ultimatelyĀ prepareĀ you for your first role asĀ a front-line manager in one of our Sales & Distribution CentersĀ or BreweriesĀ leading a team of hourly employees.Ā Ā 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā 

  • Experience inĀ a Sales & Distribution CenterĀ or Brewery Warehouse

  • Project work with real business impact – solving a problem or implementing an improvement in the supply chain organization.Ā 

  • Deep dive into support functions, and exposure to senior leaders throughout the program.Ā 

  • Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term career potentialĀ through leadership & functional trainingsĀ 

  • Upon successful completion of theĀ project,Ā you will be given the opportunity to present your results toĀ North American Logistics Leadership Team.Ā 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Ā 

  • Current university student with aĀ GPAĀ 3.0 or greater.Ā 

  • A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may help, but all majors are accepted.Ā 

  • Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencingĀ different functionsĀ and locations across the U.S. during the 10-week internship.Ā 

  • Leverages data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.Ā 

  • Demonstrates leadership capability inĀ previousĀ work experience and/or extracurricular activities.Ā 

  • Self-motivated to drive results and deliverĀ above and beyondĀ expectations.Ā 

  • Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and works collaboratively.

  • Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively manage several projects at once, while being agile in the face of setbacks and change.Ā 

  • OperatesĀ with an open mind, is insightful and innovative, wants to know ā€œwhyā€ and has diverse interests.Ā
