Physical Therapist – Help Patients Return to What Matters

Pompano Beach, FL | Full-Time PT

For many patients, successful physical therapy means getting back to something specific: completing a workday comfortably, returning to the gym, walking farther, lifting again, or moving without the limitations they had after an injury.

We are recruiting an Outpatient Physical Therapist who can take those goals and turn them into practical rehabilitation plans.

Position Details

Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Expected Volume: Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Identify how orthopedic conditions are affecting patient function
  • Perform physical and movement assessments
  • Set clear goals for rehabilitation
  • Select therapeutic activities suited to each patient’s condition
  • Address strength, mobility, coordination, and range-of-motion deficits
  • Progress patients toward more demanding functional activities
  • Reevaluate treatment effectiveness at appropriate intervals
  • Modify the plan when patient progress or needs change
  • Current Florida PT License
  • DPT or MSPT Degree
  • Previous outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Experience working with orthopedic patients
  • Health Insurance
