Effective documentation and oral communication skills.Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs.Ability to direct, delegate, and follow-up on programs and care of the residents.Meet all health requirements imposed by law.Ability to use/demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment.Manual dexterity in order to manipulate equipment.
