Job DetailsJob Location: Oak Bridge - Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082At Vicar’s Landing Oakbridge Memory Care, being a CNA is more than providing care—it’s about creating meaningful moments. Our Montessori-inspired approach focuses on helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and sense of purpose every day.   As a CNA, you’ll build real connections with residents while supporting them in a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment. If you’re someone who leads with heart, patience, and kindness, this is an incredibly rewarding role where your work truly matters.   What You’ll Do Provide daily hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans Assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, mobility, and comfort needs Support residents during meals and assist with dining as needed Participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed Observe residents closely and report any changes to nursing staff promptly Document care and activities accurately in electronic medical records Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-control compliant environment Assist with meaningful activities and encourage resident engagement and independence Treat residents and their belongings with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times Skills You NeedMust Have Skills Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow care plans and document accurately Nice to Have Skills Experience in memory care, dementia care, or senior living Passion for working with residents with Alzheimer’s or cognitive impairments Experience in a Montessori-inspired or person-centered care environment   How You’ll Grow Here In your first 12–24 months, you’ll have opportunities to: Build specialized skills in memory care and dementia support Learn Montessori-based caregiving techniques that focus on independence and engagement Grow within Health Services and explore advancement opportunities Participate in ongoing training, education, and team development   Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $XX.XX/hour (based on experience) Additional Perks at Vicar’s Landing: Shift differentials (if applicable) Holiday bonus opportunities Scholarship and career advancement programs Free daily meals Benefits Snapshot: Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan Paid time off A supportive team culture that values compassion and connection   Why Vicar’s Landing – Oakbridge Memory Care?
