Summary:
As a Branch Manager you will transition into a more externally focused role; the emphasis will
shift toward Customer Relationship Management, sales growth and strategic support. This will also
entail mentoring the Assistant Branch Manager to assume full operational leadership of the branch.
This will heavily involve Customer Engagement and Sales Support, Leadership Development and
Mentoring, Strategic Oversight, Cross-Department Collaborations and being the Corporate Liaison for
the branch.

Essential Duties:
• Actively visit and engage with key customers to strengthen relationships, identify
opportunities, and provide high-level support
• Visits should be focused on key account decision makers and should take top priority in your
daily routine to focus a large majority of your time
• Represent the branch in the community and with major accounts to promote services and
solutions
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Serve as a mentor to the Assistant Branch Manager, providing guidance and support to prepare
them for full branch leadership
• Delegate increasing levels of operational responsibility to the Assistant Branch Manager to
ensure a smooth transition
• Participate in weekly branch sales oversight meetings providing knowledge and guidance.
• Monitor overall branch performance and provide strategic input to department managers.
• Ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs, particularly in customer service, sales, and
operational efficiency
• Foster teamwork and communication across departments to maintain a cohesive and productive
work environment
• Support department managers in resolving escalated issues and implementing best practices.
• Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with
company policies
• Report regularly to ownership on customer trends, branch performance, and strategic
initiatives

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of previous management experience
• Requires general knowledge of all phases of branch operations
• Ability to understand P&L and oversee branch's revenue and expenses to increase profits and reduce losses
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:
The Branch Manager will spend time in an average office environment, having frequent meetings, as
well as being in the field for various site and safety inspections. Traveling regularly throughout
the state as well as in other areas of the country as needed. Regular travel to various dealerships
and customer locations is expected 4 days a week. Exposure to a service/shop environment is
expected on a regular basis.
