JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Data and Project Coordinator works within the Quality Support Services (QSS) Department to provide support of healthcare data needs for healthcare quality, safety, patient experience, and performance improvement/operational efficiency for the hospital, clinics, and home health system – as well as data required by regulation. This position also supports the non-technical administration of the organization’s Policy Library and SharePoint site.

EDUCATION

Associate degree in Information Systems or in a healthcare-related field desired (comparable training and education may be considered)

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ healthcare-related experience, preferably with experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and/or visualization, as well as performance improvement methods and systems analysis (education may be considered in lieu of experience)
  • Experience in Project Management required
  • Experience in organizational performance improvement preferred
  • Experience in healthcare government payment programs and accreditation standards preferred

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

CPHQ preferred
