An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Intellectual Property Paralegal within Brady’s Intellectual Property (IP) Department. Our IP Paralegal will provide general, day-to-day support for the IP Legal Team, to include the following key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Provide paralegal and administrative support to Brady’s Intellectual Property (IP) Legal Team
Respond to general questions and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders about Brady’s legal and IP processes
Identify, create and drive implementation of system, program, and process improvements
Independently drive the Brady IP product review and patent prosecution processes
Prepare legal documents and reports
Manage intellectual property filings and docketing
