Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)

 

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour 

Join Our Mission at Great Strides ABA:  Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliableRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 6-year-old client for approximately 25 hours per week.

Hours: Mon - Fri (4-7pm) & Saturday/Sunday (9am - 2pm)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
    supervision across home, school, and center-based
    settings
  • Collect accurate session data and enter
    documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
    session
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
    intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
    process
  • Maintain professional communication with families
    and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
    with children with developmental disabilities
  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session
    documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
    supporting the autism community
