Job Details: Job Location: EAGLE MOUNTAIN CASINO - PORTERVILLE, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: $79040.00 - $92872.00Salary/year, The Table Games Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the card room and card games of Eagle Mountain Casino.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Develop annual department budget, capital expenditures, marketing/promotional plans, and staffing needs Responsible for reviewing and monitoring financial analysis of Table Games. Responsible to keep up with industry innovations and technology. Ensure compliance with casino policies and procedures. Safeguard the assets of the casino by working in liaison with surveillance and compliance. Work closely with Purchasing Agent in ordering all Table Games equipment and supplies. Work with manufactures and suppliers in keeping up with state-of-the-art games and guest preference. Plan and recommend expansion of facilities to meet guest demands. Work in conjunction with the Director of Casino Marketing for all promotions being offered. Maintain appropriate Team Member levels by interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating Team Members as needed. Protect the confidentiality of any and all casino business information. Act as a role model for Team Members under your supervision by demonstrating positive action, behavior, attendance, work ethic, and guest service. Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required. All other departmental duties as assigned.Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum age requirement is 21. AA Degree in Business Administration or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in supervision or management of card games may be substituted. Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in card dealing and dealer training. Knowledge of gaming compact, MICS, TRICS, Gaming Regulations, and cheat scams. Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the casino’s insurance carrier. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, oral, written skills, and problem solving. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent guest service a must. Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.      PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:  While performing the duties of this job, the Team Members is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced, smoke filled environment. Noise level is moderate to high on the casino floor. Exposed daily to flashing lights and ringing bells.
