WhatYou’ll Do

As an Associate Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and/or group therapy toclients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety,depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Inthis role, you will:

• Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapy usingevidence-based practices
  
• Partner with clients to develop personalizedtreatment plans that reflect their goals and values
  
• Support clients in building coping strategies,insight, and resilience
  
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoingevaluations
  
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentationand billing
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,including psychiatric providers, to deliver integrated care when appropriate
  
• Advocate for clients and support them throughcomplex or crisis situations
  
• Engage in team meetings, consultation, andcontinuous professional development
