Head Grower

Viridian Staffing's(www.viridianstaffing.com)Client is looking for a Head Grower for a small indoor grow operation about 40minutes outside of the Portland, Maine, area. 

Founded in 2013,Viridian Staffing is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firmsolely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical,and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

As Head Grower, youwill have the opportunity to cultivate, manage, motivate, and provideadministrative support to the daily activities and operations of thegrow. You should have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude in orderto be successful in this operation.  SOP's have been establishedalready, but you will be expected to enforce these and refine when necessary inan effort to advance the Company's mission.   You should have aknack for efficient distribution of resources and strong problem solvingskills.  You should also be compliance driven and are an effective peoplemanager.

The ideal HeadGrower will have 2+ years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience, withat least 1+ years of that experience being as a people manager. You havemanaged an indoor cultivation facility of at least 4k square feet of canopy andhave solid IPM experience.  If you love all aspects of managing a growcycle, mentoring/managing the people who also have a strong passion forgrowing, and developing your direct reports, then we'd love to see your resumeto be considered for this opportunity!
