BAYADA Home Health Care are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to deliver one to one care to children with complex needs in their homes.
This is a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to focus on quality care, clinical excellence and meaningful connections outside the hospital setting.
We welcome applications from RCN/RGN qualified nurses with paediatric experience who are committed to compassionate, family-centered care.
You will be part of a dedicated care team, supporting children and families with clinical care in the home environment. This position offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of a nurse-lead organisation that prioritises quality and consistency.
Shift Schedule:
- Day shifts: Two 8-hour shifts available, Monday–Saturday
- Night shifts: Seven 10-hour night shifts available

Requirements
- Current NMBI registration (RCN, RGN, RNID)
- Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience
- Up-to-date mandatory training in line with NMBI requirements
- Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship
- Commitment to delivering compassionate one-to-one care
