We’re hiring a Branch Sales Associate to be the face of our Pottstown branch. In this role, you’ll help customers and contractors find the products they need, stay on your feet and take ownership of your day.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and contractors, helping them find the right materials and solutions.
• Create a friendly, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.
• Answer phone calls, assist with pricing and place orders.
• Track open orders and notify customers when materials are ready.
• Keep displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Pull and prepare orders for pickup, delivery or transfer.
• Support promotions and in-branch marketing efforts.
• Maintain a clean, professional branch environment.
• Handle daily cash transactions and reconcile sales accurately.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
