Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Main - Poughkeepsie, NY, Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00Hourly, Key responsibilities Maintenance and repair: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and building systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, which may involve replacing defective parts. Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.  System monitoring: Monitor and control building systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).  Record keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance and repair work performed. This is crucial for compliance and for tracking equipment history.  Safety and compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety regulations and industry standards.  Installation: Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems.  Inventory and support: Manage an inventory of spare parts and tools.
