Job Details: Job Location: Watson Furniture Group - Poulsbo, WA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $28.00 - $43.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day,  Watson Furniture Group has an opening for an Industrial Mechanic with excellent diagnostic and repair skills. The role involves preventative maintenance and repair of a variety of CNC machines in a factory setting.  OVERVIEWThe Industrial Mechanic will provide expertise in traditional facilities management, maintenance and improvement as well as preventative maintenance on production equipment, repair of production machinery, vehicles, facilities mechanical and electrical systems. Perform a variety of skilled maintenance duties requiring knowledge of various trade skills such as plumbing, welding, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, energy management control systems and heating and cooling systems. Additional duties include performing of scheduled maintenance and assist in record keeping (written and electronic), logging data on equipment, assist in maintaining inventories and required reports.  Responsibilities: Maintains equipment in accordance with set schedules and procedures. Equipment installation. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand and power tools. Uses precision measuring instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices. Performs routine maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly. Plans work using diagrams, drawing, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams. Determines parts and cost to fix equipment. Assist in supervising the work of external contractors for specified projects. Complies with safety policies and procedures. Reviews and completes work orders. Completes preventative maintenance to keep production machines functioning properly. Works with production to ensure operators are trained and that they use best practices. Maintains and verifies equipment logs and work orders. Other duties as identified. Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent; or, six month's full-time related vocational study or training; & at least 3 years of applicable work experience Knowledge with CNC machine operations, repair, and maintenance Knowledge and experience with work in carpentry, plumbing, welding and metal fabrication, electrical, HVAC, mechanical and machinist work Knowledge and Experience with basic locksmith, machine repair, maintenance, drain cleaning, carpentry, and plumbing Knowledge and experience operating hand tools, power tools and other shop equipment as needed Knowledge and experience to operate, repair and maintain PITs, pallet jacks, and other material handling devices Knowledge and experience of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) for machines Mechanical knowledge and experience with drives, motors, pumps and compressors Computer experience including Windows OS, MS Office and CAD Abilities: Ability to prioritize and self-manage work load through changing conditions Ability to communicate clearly and have strong customer service skills Ability to read and write in the English language effectively Ability to work with high integrity, accountability and be a team player Ability to wire from the panel 110, 220 and 480 Voltage throughout the facility meeting codeAbility to work weekends if neededQualifications:
