Job Details: Job Location: Prairie Grove - Prairie Grove, AR, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 1st Shift, Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades, Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment on a regular basis to ensure everything is in working order            Completes the installation and removal of equipment as needed        Completes necessary P.M.s on all equipment         Reviews all repair and maintenance requests and completes the work to plant standards       Responds to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner        Maintains an accurate and complete log of daily tasks performed  Qualifications: Ability to effectively work and communicate important detailed instructions to and from management and coworkers.         Can hear and effectively communicate the meaning of all alarms while on production floor Ability to use and properly read a tape measure           Can complete basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting        Can complete assigned tasks to quality standards with minimal supervision         Ability to properly use all assigned hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment        Can read and properly interpret manuals, blue prints, and instructions as required         Ability to see/hear abnormal conditions or sounds and ensure concerns are added to the daily schedule        Knowledgeable in areas such as air, hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry        Basic knowledge of electrical systems such as but not limited to DC voltage, AC voltage, single phase, and three phase        Ability to read and interpret meter reads           Capable of reviewing daily job tasks and prioritizing tasks for critical operations Ability to stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods of time as well as the ability to walk from one work site to another           Ability to push, lift and/or carry up to 45 pounds as needed Ability to work in an area with temperature fluctuation - at times extreme heat         Ability to work in area where noise levels are high enough to cause employees to shout to be heard above noise level        Ability to work in area where there is exposure to various fumes, odors, and dust at all times Assess work area for potential hazards before getting started.          Reports any safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor or Management.          Follow all safety policies but not limited to PPE, Lockout/Tagout, machinery guards, safe lifting, etc.        Report all accidents and/or near-misses whether they are major or minor in nature.         Keep work area clean.                   Â
