Mold Maintenance Technician

Job Details: Job Location: Prairie Grove - Prairie Grove, AR, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 1st Shift, Complete preventative maintenance on all mold tools as needed                               Complete insert changes for all tools as needed                         Complete the extraction of broken bolts, water lines, and broken ejector pins as needed                   Ability to dissemble molds to remove parts and/or plastic that is stuck inside and then reassemble                 As applicable, assess repair issues and effectively troubleshoot issues with flash and non-conformance                 Ability to polish mirrored finished tools with diamond compound and stones as needed                   Ability to troubleshoot issues with all heater manifolds and complete repairs as needed                   Ability to cut and grind ejector pins on mini-grinders as needed                       Ability to understand and use measuring tools including but not limited to calipers, measuring tape, and gauges                 Ability to properly use a JET end-mill                         As applicable, ability to properly use lathe         Qualifications: Prior applicable experience Ability to complete basic math such as addition, subtraction, and counting             Can complete assigned tasks to quality standards with minimal supervision             Utilize various hand and power tools to disassemble and reassemble tooling             Lessons learned from other projects, as applicable
