Location: Toombs Orthodontics-Prairie Village and Lenexa, KS

What you’ll do

Be the first impression and friendly face that welcomes our new patients
Work side by side with our doctors to guide patients through the orthodontic journey
Present treatment plans with confidence; your job is to help patients say YES!
Overcome objections with positivity, empathy, and a little charm
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Follow up with pending patients; no smile left behind!
Keep everything organized and running smoothly with top-notch communication and follow through

What We’re Looking For

A people magnet with a contagious smile and great energy
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right superstar!)
Prior hands-on treatment coordinating and/or financial experience is a plus (but not required)
