Key Responsibilities: Â
Mount, repair, and adjust flexographic printing plates onto cylinders and sleeves with precisionÂ
Inspect plates for defects, damage, and quality issues before and after mountingÂ
Clean, strip, and process plate components following established proceduresÂ
Manage plate inventory, storage, and organization systemsÂ
Monitor and adhere to daily mounting schedules and production timelinesÂ
Verify job specifications, measurements, and documentation accuracyÂ
Maintain work area cleanliness and safety standards at all timesÂ
Input accuratedata and job information into PRISM systemÂ
Troubleshoot mounting issues and implement corrective solutionsÂ
Provide support to press department operations and requirements Â
Follow DTM cleaning procedures and 5S Schedule consistentlyÂ

Education & Experience:    Â
High school diploma or equivalent preferredÂ

 Physical Demands:The associate will primarily work in a office environment with some exposure to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to:Â

Visual acuity for quality inspectionÂ

Work Conditions:The majority of tasks will be performed in aoffice type setting with some need togo into the manufacturing setting with exposure to:Â Â

Operation of complex machinery Â
Exposure to chemicals and adhesivesÂ
May require nights, weekends, holidays or overtimeÂ
An additional $2.50/hr premium for hours worked on NIGHT Shift only (qualifying hours vary by location). Â
