Job Details: Job Location: North Campus - Prosper, TX, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: College Preferred, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Media, Provides audio, video, lighting, and production support for Student and Children's Ministries and events held in the Student Ministry Building (SMB) and Children's venues at Prestonwood Baptist Church— North Campus (PBC-NC).Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of audio, video, lighting, and scenic gear in the SMB and Children’s venues at PBC-NC Support the production and technical needs of the Student and Children’s Ministries, including on campus and off campus programming Coordinate audio, visual, and lighting support for events in the SMB and Children’s venues Coordinate with ministries to plan and execute service flows, presentations, worship experiences, and events, ensuring all technical requirements are prepared and implemented effectively Travel with ministry teams as needed to camps, mission trips, and other off-campus events to provide production and technical support Enlist, train, encourage, and direct students and/or adult volunteers to help support the technical needs of the Student and Children’s Ministries  Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed Serve as needed in production roles and projects in any event when required  Other duties as assignedQualifications: Requirements: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as a member of PBC-NC Willingness to commit to Media core values of Passionate, Relational, Excellent, Accountable, Collaborative, and Honoring Strong grasp of audio, video, and lighting, both in operation and systems engineering Extensive FOH audio skills preferred 5+ years of experience in A/V/L related field preferred  Commitment to continuing technical development through various training mediums Possess a servant attitude and teachable spirit Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills  Strong knowledge of computers – both Windows and Mac  Demonstrate the ability to take ownership and self-start Ability to work a Sunday – Thursday schedule with flexibility to work nights and weekends as events require Ability to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as in climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, where the activities often also require considerable use of the arms and legs, and able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
