Job DetailsJob Location: North Campus - Prosper, TX 75078Position Type: Part-TimeEducation Level: College PreferredJob Category: Admin - ClericalCoordinates Preschool LifeGroups for three and four-year-olds at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus (“PBC-NC”). Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and oversee Preschool volunteer teams for LifeGroups (three and four-year-olds)  Plan and coordinate Preschool special events (i.e. Parents Night Out and Hosanna Parade) with the Preschool team Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed Coordinate LifeGroup classrooms (three and four-year-olds)  Train, encourage, and equip volunteer teams  Purchase and prepare items for Sundays in Preschool Assist in onboarding of volunteers at Kidz Central when scheduled Schedule LifeGroup substitutes when scheduled Other duties as assigned QualificationsRequirements: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-NC Must have a passion for children Experience in recruiting volunteers preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products Able to work Sundays and some hours every other Friday and Saturday, with flexibility for weekday shifts; able to cover some Wednesday nights when needed Able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, use of stairs, and able to occasionally lift up to 30 Ibs.
