  • Track performance metrics and report on reach, engagement, and growth on a regular cadence

Public Relations:

  • Manage relationships with press, influencers, bloggers, reviewers, and tastemakers in coordination with the Senior Marketing Manager.

  • Own sample tracking, review statuses, and outreach follow-up

  • Coordinate the submission process for press releases and industry award programs

  • Serve as an on-camera brand representative across press interviews, social content, and virtual presentations with key stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and coordination of trade shows, consumer events, retailer activations, and demo programs

  • Assist with the development of in-store merchandising materials, including shelf talkers, POP displays, and signage

  • Help identify and recruit brand ambassadors and demo volunteers as needed

  • Monitor and respond to customer comments, feedback, and questions across online platforms in a timely, brand-consistent manner
