You Are...
- A licensed Veterinarian (DVM or equivalent) eligible to practice in Rhode Island
- An experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step in veterinary leadership or an established Medical Director seeking a new opportunity

- Confident in diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and client communication
- Excited to help shape the future of a growing veterinary practice while continuing to practice medicine

Compensation DetailsÂ
Our compensation package is designed to recognize both your medical expertise and leadership contributions.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000+ annually, based on leadership skills and experience.
We offer both Salary and ProSal compensation models.
Additional incentives may include:
