Overview of the Position:

Assemble several components into a final assembly using blue prints and or a set of instructions. This is an on-site position.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow a set of written and visual instructions without deviation.
  • Handle parts and components carefully to avoid damage.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Operate air tools such as "rivet gun, rivet squeeze, drills" and other shop equipment as required.
  • Operate sheet metal fabrication tools.
  • Operate shop equipment safely.
  • Assist in other areas as required.

 

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Entry level understanding of aerospace blue prints and schematics.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. A & P license and certified in rotopeen repairs and cold working is preferred.
